If you need a release for a currently unsupported OS, I can try to add a build recipe to the current CI system (depending on availability and of course free time). Please create an issue on github.

Manual compilation via source code compilation is highly descouraged due to some dependencies (libusb and opencv) needed to be compiled as static libraries. You can visit the development section to see how to compile PlanetaryImager from source code.
